How will my order be processed?

Our processing teams are working in compliance with established health and safety regulations. All our personnel are strictly adhering to barrier measures.

Will my order be delivered late?

We are making every effort to ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible. To ensure the safety of our processers and our employees, we may very slightly slow down our pace in the event of heavy order volume, and we apologize in advance for this. You will be able to track the progress of your order via the tracking number sent to you by email. Of course, we remain at your disposal for any questions or follow-up via the form

How will my package be delivered to me safely?

Armor-Lux and its shipping partners are working together to guarantee delivery under the safest possible conditions. To consult the guide to our safety precautions, click here

What should I do when my package is delivered?

Please wait for a few seconds before opening the door, to allow the person delivering the package to move a safe distance away. And finally, remember to wash your hands thoroughly after receiving and opening the package.

What if I don't want to keep the products?

Returns are free if you order from one of the following countries: Metropolitan France, Germany, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The return period has been extended to 30 days from May 27th. Once we receive returns, the items are quarantined for 48 hours before being offered for sale again.
