These general conditions of use specify the terms of the program: ”Armor-Lux Quality Club” applicable between:
The company Bonneterie d’Armor, SAS (a simplified joint-stock company) with €1,600,000 share capital, the head office is located at 21-23 rue Louison Bobet CS 25006 ZI Kerdroniou Ouest 29556 Quimper cedex 9, registered in the Quimper Trade and Companies Register under number 37568013 and,
All subsidiaries of the Armor Développement group as well as the concessionaires of the Armor-Lux brand;
And every adult individual wishing to subscribe to the Armor-Lux Quality Club program, fulfilling the general registration conditions as define herein, hereinafter referred to as the "Member".
General subscription conditions
Subscription to the "Armor-Lux Quality Club" program is offered free of charge for any purchase of products in the participating Armor-Lux shops in Metropolitan France and online at www.armorlux.com
In order to validate the subscription, and to receive information about Armor Développement group brands and special offers exclusive to “Armor-Lux Quality Club” members, the Member must communicate to Armor-Lux the following minimum required information:
E-mail address or mobile phone number or postal address
The Member will be invited, if he wishes, to communicate to Armor-Lux:
His date of birth
No physical support will be given to the Members, as subscription to the Armor-Lux Quality Club is entirely dematerialized.
Only one subscription per person can be validated.
Each Member will be able to access to his / her loyalty account on www.armorlux.com (by creating a customer account with the same contact details as communicated in the shop).
For any questions, or in case of a claim on the points balance, the Member must present the proof of his purchases, by post to Bonneterie d'Armor at the following address: Armor-Lux Customer Service, 21-23 rue Louison Bobet, CS 25006 ZI Kerdroniou Ouest, 29556 Quimper cedex 9, or by e-mail to email@example.com.
The "Armor-Lux Quality Club" program
The accumulation will be carried out during the purchase in shops or on www.armorlux.com under the following conditions:
1 € spent = 1 point (excluding the sell off – "Braderie")
Validity period of each point = 18 months period from the date of purchase that enabled to obtain mentioned point
The use of gift cards, loyalty vouchers, credit notes does not give right to obtain points
In the case of items refunds (gift cards included), points earned on these products will be deducted from the Customer's loyalty point balance.
The accumulated points allow to benefit, within the limits of their validity, from discounts valid for the next purchase (the next day), in shops and on www.armorlux.com, according to the following scale:
The discounts are valid for all the products of the group (Armor-Lux, Bermudes, Bérac, Le Villec, Karting, Fileuse d'Armor and Terre & Mer), excluding the sales period, the sell-off (Braderie) period and the purchase of gift cards. The discounts will be triggered on a customer request and they cannot be exchanged or fractionated and they are neither compensable, nor refundable in cash. When ordering with a loyalty discount, the amount of the loyalty discount is divided between the items and not on the total amount.In case of a return of an item purchased on our website, paid fully or partly with a loyalty discount, the points and the sum corresponding to the used discount will be lost and will not be re-credited.This means you will be refunded the amount paid for each item, after proportional application of the discount.
Subscription to the program will allow the Member to receive (by email and / or by SMS and / or by post) information about the group’s brands, special commercial offers reserved to the Members that can be used in the participating shops and on www.armorlux.com as well as information about the loyalty account.
Communication of the date of birth of the Member enables to obtain a 10€ birthday voucher. The birthday voucher is valid during the anniversary month, only in shops, for a minimum of 100€ purchase (can be combined with sales and promotions). This voucher is personal and not retroactive. The Member can benefit from it only once a year.
Personal information collected under the “Armor-Lux Quality Club” program will be processed by Armor-Lux for customer relation management purposes.
According to the Data Protection Act of January 6th, 1978, updated by the law of August 6th 2004, the Member has the right of access, rectification and opposition to the data concerning him. To exercise this right, he may send a letter to the following address:

Armor-Lux may propose to Members to receive offers from its partners.
Armor-Lux may therefore communicate to its partners the personal information collected from its Members, but only after obtaining their prior consent.
Modification of the general conditions of use
Armor-Lux reserves the right to modify at any time these general conditions of use (and in particular the scale of cumulative points and the character of loyalty rewards). The latest updated version will be available on www.armorlux.com.
Armor-Lux reserves the right to terminate this program at any time.
The Armor Développement Group is exempt from all liability for the direct or indirect consequences of any anomalies and malfunctions of the "Armor-Lux Quality Club" program, whatever their causes. Nevertheless, the group shall make its best efforts to retain, in case of malfunction, the benefit of accumulated points and advantages of each Customer.
In case of the objection with the accumulated amount, only the information held in the Armor Développement group database will be decisive.
Any intentional violation of these Terms and Conditions, any inappropriate or fraudulent use of the Program's benefits, any prejudicial behavior to the interests of the Armor Développement group, any falsification of information transmitted by a Customer or a third party acting on behalf of a Customer, shall automatically entail the cancellation of the Customer, the cancellation of his points or the advantages he would have obtained without compensation of any kind and without prior notice.
