GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE "ARMOR-LUX FIDELITY" PROGRAM

These general conditions of use specify the terms of the “Armor-lux loyalty” program applicable between:

On the one hand, the Bonneterie d'Armor Company, a simplified joint stock company with capital of 1,600,000 Euros, whose registered office is located at 21-23 rue Louison Bobet CS 25006 ZI Kerdroniou Ouest 29556 Quimper cedex 9, registered in the Quimper trade and companies register under number 375680139 and,

All subsidiaries of the Armor Développement group as well as dealers of the Armor-Lux brand, on the other hand;

And any adult natural person wishing to join the “Armor-lux loyalty” program, and fulfilling the general registration conditions as defined herein, hereinafter referred to as the “Member”.

Registration for the “Armor-Lux loyalty” program is offered free of charge and automatically for any purchase of products in participating Armor-Lux and Bermudes stores in mainland France and in the online store at www.armorlux.com

To validate his registration, and in order to receive information on the brands of the Armor Développement group and special commercial offers reserved for members of the “Armor-Lux loyalty” program, the Member must communicate to Armor-Lux the following minimum mandatory information:

- name,
- first name,
- email address OR mobile number OR postal address.
- CP and city

The Member will be invited, if he so wishes, to communicate to Armor-Lux:

- his date of birth,

No physical support will be given to Members, membership in the “Armor-Lux loyalty” program being completely dematerialized.

Only one membership per person can be validated.

Each Member will be able to access their loyalty account on www.armorlux.com (by creating a customer account with the same contact details provided in store).

For any questions, or in the event of a complaint about the balance of points, the member must present proof of their purchases by mail to the company Bonneterie d'Armor at the following address: Service Clients Armor-Lux–21-23 rue Louison Bobet CS 25006 ZI Kerdroniou Ouest 29556 Quimper cedex 9, or by email to the address eboutique@armorlux.com

The accumulation will be carried out during checkout in participating stores or on www.armorlux.com under the following conditions:

- €1 spent = 1 point (excluding sale periods at the Quimper Kerdroniou Braderie area),
- Validity period of each point = 18 months from the purchase which allowed the point to be obtained.
- The use of gift cards, loyalty vouchers and credits does not give rise to points.
- In the event of a refund of items (including gift cards), the points acquired for these products will be deducted from the Customer's loyalty account.

Accumulating points allows you to benefit, within the limit of their validity, from discounts valid for your next purchase (from the next day), in stores and on www.armorlux.com, according to the following scale:

120 points = €5 discount
220 points = €10 discount
300 points = €15 discount
400 points = €25 discount

These discounts are valid on products from the group's brands (Armor-Lux, Bermudes, Bérac, Le Villec, Karting, Fileuse d'Arvor and Terre & Mer), excluding products on sale in store, excluding clearance sales (at the Quimper Kerdroniou Braderie area) and excluding the purchase of gift cards. They will be triggered at the express request of the customer and cannot be exchanged or split and are neither compensable nor refundable in cash. In the event of a purchase with a loyalty discount, the amount of the loyalty discount is distributed between the items and not on the total amount. In the event of a return of an item purchased in store or on our website, paid in whole or in part with a loyalty discount, the points and the amount corresponding to the discount used will be lost and will not be credited back. You will be reimbursed for the amount paid for each item, after proportional application of the discount

Membership in the program will allow the Member to receive (by email and/or by text message and/or by post) information on the group's brands, special commercial offers reserved for members of the program which can be used in participating stores and on www.armorlux.com as well as information on the loyalty account.

Providing the member's full date of birth allows them to obtain a €10 birthday voucher. The birthday voucher is valid for the month of the birthday, only in Armor-lux stores or on the website www.armorlux.com by entering the unique code received by email, for a minimum purchase of €100 (can be combined with sales and promotions). This voucher is personal and is not retroactive. The member can only benefit from it once a year. In the event of a return of an item purchased on our website, paid in full or in part with a birthday discount, you will be reimbursed for the amount paid for each item, after proportional application of the discount.

Personal information collected as part of the “Armor-Lux loyalty” program will be processed by Armor-Lux for customer relationship management purposes.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, updated by the Act of 6 August 2004, the Member has the right to access, rectify and oppose data concerning him/her. To exercise this right, he/she may send a letter to the following address:

Armor-Lux reserves the right to modify these general terms of use at any time (and in particular the points accumulation scale and the nature of loyalty rewards). The latest updated version will be available on www.armorlux.com.

Armor-Lux reserves the right to terminate this program at any time.

The Armor Développement group is exempt from any liability for the direct or indirect consequences of any anomalies and malfunctions of the “Armor-Lux Fidélité” program, whatever their causes. The group will nevertheless make its best efforts to preserve for each Customer, in the event of a malfunction, the benefit of their accumulation of points and their advantages.

In the event of a dispute over the cumulative amount, only the information contained in the Armor Développement group database will be valid.

Any intentional breach of these General Conditions, any abusive or fraudulent use of the benefits offered by the Program, any behavior detrimental to the interests of the Armor Développement group, any falsification of information transmitted by a Customer or by a third party acting on behalf of a Customer, will automatically result in the removal of said Customer, the cancellation of his points or the benefits he may have obtained, without compensation of any kind and without prior information.
