LABELS AND CERTIFICATIONS

Armor-lux has been awarded various labels and certifications which are proof of the company's desire to contribute to the objectives of sustainable development.

Living Heritage Company

The "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (Living Heritage Company) label is a state distinction created to recognize French artisanal and industrial companies with rare and exceptional know-how. Armor-lux has been awarded the EPV label since 2010.

Global compact

The United Nations Global Compact offers a framework for universal and voluntary commitment based on ten principles relating to human rights, international labour standards, the environment and the fight against corruption. .Armor-lux has been a member of the Global Compact since 2004.

Responsibility Europe

Responsibility Europe is an international label for companies who transform and innovate in order to demonstrate their commitment to a more responsible and sustainable world.Armor-lux has held this label since 2022.

CSR Committed

The CSR Committed label is the benchmark for assessing an organisation's CSR initiatives based on the ISO 26000 standard.Armor-lux has been labelled as CSR Committed at the Exemplary level since 2016.

ISO 9001

ISO 9001 : 2015 is an international standard that defines requirements for implementing a quality management system for companies wishing to continuously improve customer
satisfaction and provide compliant products and services. Armor-lux's Quality Management System has been certified since 2023.

ISO14001

ISO 14001:2015 is an international standard which specifies requirements for an Environmental Management System to be used by organizations for improving their environmental performance.Armor-lux has been certified by SGS since 2019.

EcoVadis

EcoVadis is an evaluation service which measures the CSR performance of companies in four areas: Environmental,Social & Human Rights, Ethics and Responsible Purchasing.Armor-lux is part of the Top 1% of companies in the Apparel Manufacturing sector, as evaluated by EcoVadis

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100

The company uses materials certified OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 by IFTH for its collections.To
ensure that part of its production and products are harmless, Armor-lux relies on OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 labeling, which guarantees that the articles tested and certified do not contain harmful substances in quantities that could harm health.100% of the knitwear produced in our workshops in Quimper is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.

Gots

The GOTS label guarantees ecological and socially responsible methods of production. It also applies quality requirements.Armor-lux has been GOTS-certified since 2008.

Fairtrade/Max Havelaar

Fairtrade/MaxHavelaar ensures fairer trading practices for cotton producers in developing countries and allows them to invest in a sustainable future.Armor-lux has been producing and selling Fairtrade/Max Havelaar-certified fair trade cotton clothing since 2005.

France Terre Textile

The France Terre Textile label unites the textile industry around a common goal: to preserve French know-how, expertise and jobs. Armor-lux has been awarded the France Terre Textile
label since 2024.
