1. Chest measurement : taken horizontally at the widest point.
2. Waist measurement : Place the tape measure around the smallest part of your abdomen, usually 1 centimeter above your belly button. Stand up straight and breathe normally.
3. Hip circumference : Pass the tape measure around the widest point below the waist, usually at the buttocks.
4. The neck strap : Taken above the Adam's apple.
